When something doesn't fit — the size, the color, or you've simply changed your mind — we want you to resolve it stress-free and at no cost.

How does the process work?

• Step 1 — Contact us. Send us a message with your order number and the reason for your inquiry. We'll respond within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — We'll send you the label. We'll send you a prepaid return label. Print it, stick it on, and drop it off at any collection point. No cost, no hassle.
• Step 3 — Exchange or refund within 3–5 business days. Once we receive and inspect the product, we process the size exchange or full refund. We'll notify you by email at each step.

Basic conditions

What we accept

• Products returned within 14 calendar days of receipt
• Unused, unwashed items with tags intact and original packaging
• Size exchanges for the same model (subject to stock availability)
• Products with manufacturing defects — in that case we also cover the costs

What we cannot accept

• Products that show signs of use or washing
• Items returned outside the 14-day period
• Prendas sin packaging original

Regarding refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
