- Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@sexyandcutie.com with the following details:
• Order number
• Buyer's full name
• Proof of purchase
• Reason for cancellation
If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait to receive it and then proceed with a return.
- Return conditions
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided it meets the following conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all its original labels and packaging.
No returns will be accepted for intimate or personalized products, except in the case of a defect.
Proof of purchase is required.

- Refunds
