The story of Sexy & Cutie
Sexy & Cutie was born in Barcelona out of a very specific frustration: we wanted sexy clothes that made us feel amazing, but also comfortable and ready for real life… and we couldn't find them.
The problem: either inaccessible, or fetishistic, or fast fashion
On one hand, we saw beautiful but almost inaccessible designs with very high prices. On the other, overly fetishistic options, designed more for a specific character than for everyday wear. And, at the opposite extreme, fast fashion garments of poor quality, which looked generic and didn't last.
In summary:
- The price was low, but the quality wasn't always there.
- There was design, but it wasn't always wearable.
- There was " sexy " about it, but it wasn't always practical and comfortable.
Real life doesn't wait (and neither does your look)
Furthermore, there was almost never room for the most basic things: where do you keep your keys, card, phone? Many clothes look amazing in photos, but as soon as you go out, dance, or move around, you need a bag or backpack that ruins the look… or you spend the whole night worrying about your things.
That's why we wanted something different:
