How to measure yourself in 2 minutes
All you need is a flexible measuring tape (or a string and a ruler). Write down the measurements in centimeters with the tape held snug but not tight.
- Chest circumference: Measure around the widest part of your chest, passing the tape measure over your shoulder blades and over your nipples. Keep your arms relaxed at your sides.
- Waist circumference: Measure the narrowest part of your torso, usually a few centimeters above your navel. Don't suck in your stomach—we need your actual measurement.
- Hip circumference: Stand sideways and measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. Make sure the tape measure is horizontal.
Tip: If you're between sizes, choose the larger one for extra comfort, or the smaller one for a tighter fit. Our fabrics have stretch, so the final fit is always adjustable.
